The "E.C.L.I.P.S.E Method" For Training

What is The E.C.L.I.P.S.E Method?

The E.C.L.I.P.S.E  Method is an acronym for the systematic approach to training that addresses joint dysfunction with movement to build your body's overall ability to improve strength, mobility, and power.

What it Stands For:

E: Evaluate root cause problems and limitations for each individual.

C: Correct faulty movement patterns and compensatory strategies.

L: Load the body to build tissue tolerance in multiple planes.

I: Integrate synergistic patterns so that the newfound corrections can be maintained in compound movements.

P: Progress the movement with added difficulty for tissue stimulus.

S: Speed up by adding velocity to movements, making sure the tissue can withstand a stimulus greater than your sport.

E: Evaluate again to confirm progress or pivot based on target metrics.
